⚡️For the hair light NOT to be brighter than the key light, make sure you meter it so it’s the same as the key light

OR

⚡️If her hair is darker, half a stop or full stop lower.

✅ Because it’ll show more on dark hair.

What if her hair is back in a ponytail?

Same thing.

✅ It’ll show more on skin so make it a half stop or full stop lower than the key light.

😰I too had a lot of guilt around charging my worth.

But when I got fired from my “day job”, I didn’t have a choice but to pay the bills with photography.

⚡️And as a business, I also needed to make a profit.

⚡️After all, that’s the point of doing what you do right?

⚡️And just because you love what you do doesn’t mean you don’t deserve to make a profit. This is true for all artists!

I only got better with practice and by forcing myself to push through the guilt.

🎉But along the way, here’s what I discovered.

Something that could have helped me get there so much faster.

This is the key to getting over your guilt.

✅ What you do helps people.

People come to you because they need your help and your photography is the solution.

Remember that next time you feel guilty.

✨Charing your worth isn’t taking from people.

✨It’s helping people.
